John J. (Jack) Dillon

Jack Dillon is a dedicated and successful sales and marketing professional.  With more than 35 years of hands-on experience as a merchant, buyer, negotiator, and executive, Jack is able to provide a solid fresh eyes approach to your business.  With success at many levels of retail, Jack understands business from the angle of every stakeholder.  His focus will be to bring a win-win strategy while providing the tools to for long term change, growth, and success of your organization.

As a veteran of the golf and sports industries, Jack has a wide and deep network that can definitely create results.  He views business both from a 10,000 foot strategic approach but also with a hands-on delivery.  He believes in “people first”, and strives to always show the client “we are in it together.”  Jack brings an intense passion for business and a desire for excellence of execution to every project, and demonstrates this philosophy every day.

Jack is a customer service expert.  As a believer in the “customer for life” ethic, Jack knows that every day is important and that every customer is a link in your success chain.  Building relationships and creating a long term approach to service will make your business stand out from the rest.  His forte is the retail marketplace across a wide variety of business categories including golfing and other sports-related industries, consumer electronics and apparel.   In addition, and as a result of previous projects, he has developed a unique understanding of the women’s consumer market.
