Barbara Dini is an outstanding business development executive with more than 16 years experience in sales and marketing, with a specialty in interpersonal communications. Ms. Dini is an organized and goal-oriented sales professional who exercises and incents sound business judgment and sales success in herself and others.
Her extensive experience in the field of computer hardware, software, and e-commerce enables Ms. Dini to be an ideal partner to train and manage both direct and channel sales teams with an emphasis on promoting over-achievement of sales objectives. Having held several high profile positions with a variety of small and large companies, Ms. Dini has continuously proven her sales and business development skills.
Most recently as senior business developer for IBS Group, she identified and developed a client base at state and regional levels calling on state business development agencies, chambers of commerce, and large corporations creating a series of B2B internet business exchange networks. Previously her successful executive sales and business development career included other high-tech corporations including Motorola Computer Group, AVNET Inc., Future Electronics, Wyse Technology, and National Semiconductor… all of which have strengthened her reputation as a technology expert.
Ms. Dini’s focus at Alliant Marketing Solutions includes her specialties in the areas of sales, marketing, Business Development, interpersonal communications, team management, negotiation methods, product support, customer operations, program management, training, e-commerce, channel sales support, web application business tools, and virtual training delivery.
In her spare time, she devotes considerable efforts in various volunteer capacities premier of which is her role as Organizational Chairperson for the Council of Catholic Women in the Orlando area, as well as activities supporting the Orlando Healthcare Center for the Homeless and Living Hope International, a homeless shelter for women in Orlando. Her newest volunteer venture is working with women inmates in the Orange County Jail (the 3rd largest corrections facility in Florida) teaching a class based on Rick Warren’s “Purpose Drive Life” to help the women involved reach their full potential.
